Alison Axland is an Artist, Illustrator, and Project Manager based in the central west coast of the United States. Alison’s watercolor and ink illustrations draw inspiration from her love of wildlife and nature and her deep curiosity about character and how we all express ourselves visually. Influences of culture and folklore from around the world can be found in her work, along with evidence of her love of fantasy worlds and characters.

Alison holds a BFA and MFA in Costume Design and, in her previous career, she achieved 15 seasons as a Costume Project Manager for the oldest and largest not-for-profit theatre in the United States.
